Firstly, Download PowerIso from Here
Download According to System type. That is Bit 32 or 64. You can check the Bit of your computer by right clicking of your computer and choose Properties
Open PowerIso
Go to Tools > Create bootable USB drive
Choose Sources of Your Iso File
Choose Destination Of the Files Below. (Its the Name of the Drive you will use to Install. ) Pen drive
Go to Start and You will be notified when its done
